How long will it take to process my recording?
As soon as you hang up, we process the recording and push it to your phone within seconds. It may take slightly longer to process recordings longer than 30 minutes.
How do I record outgoing calls?
To record an outgoing call, first, open uCall, press the big green button in the bottom of the screen and press “Call”. Once connected, tap the “add call” button on your screen to reach out to the person you want to record. Once the person you want to record answers, tap the “merge calls” button to connect all lines. Our recording line will then record your entire conversation until you disconnect.
How do I record incoming calls?
To record an incoming call, first answer it and open uCall. Press the big green button in the bottom of the screen and press “Call”. Once connected, tap the “merge calls” button, which will join the phone call between you, the individual that contacted you and the uCall recording line. Our recording line will then record your entire conversation until you disconnect.
Is it legal for me to record calls?
Each country has its own laws and regulations regarding the recording of telephone conversations. Please consult your local legislation. uCall is not responsible for any law violations by its users regarding phone conversation recordings.
